Fire Without Smoke was building a vast and believable backstory for the game in which North Korea was the birthplace of modern technological progress. The corporation needed a line up of easily recognisable breakthrough devices to mark key milestones in its development. The resulting designs are a reinterpretation of iconic devices with unique Apex flavour of angular features and colour palette specific to its corporate brand.
